The hotel is located a bit outside of the city centre, and about 1 km from the neerest metro. We used busses, and it worked perfectly. You need a map over the busses. The rooms were cleen and the water was fine for bading (not brown as we have seen in other hotel reviews). In the hallway there was drinking water awailable. Breakfast was great!! It was not served at 18th floor as we had hoped, it was served in the lobby. You could go to the 18th floor and see the view all day and the bar upthere was open from 18:00 to 06:00.
Nice reception and staff.
No mini-bar and no air con!!!!!!!Too much luminosity inside the room once the sun rises!!28 degrees inside the room during daytime...
Always was fine, except cleanness of the windows.
An ok hotel in a not to bad location close to the Metro.
No aircon in the rooms, so a bit hot in the evenings
Location, price, соsyness
Kitchen, work of staff
Cheap and near the cuty center
That point is quite difficult to mention, for I stayed in the hotel for one night. But the coffee is great! ))
The money exchanger et the entrance teared my 50 euro banknote (
Close to metro station, relatively central. The tea served in the lobby bar is really good.
The standard temperature in the room (26 Celsius) might be too high for some people to be able to sleep comfortably (21 C should be considered enough in my humble opinion).
Good rooms, good location, nice restrant
I thing bath is to old - from soviet union time
I booked the hotel 2 mths in advance, because of attractive price. However, I discovered that the room I booked was very shabby, so had to pay twice the initial price to get a decent room/ This is rather dissappointing.
Everything is higher than price- quality service ok
Very good breakfast
The room like from Soviet Union time. I'm sure it has been for a long time they haven't repaired the rooms.
Great value for money. Quite small rooms but very adequate and comfortable. Good restaurant. This is not a luxury hotel but for the price is excellent.
Location not right in the centre, however is 15 minutes walk to the underground.
Almost nothing. For the price, it was terrible. Over 900 rooms (we changed two times because they were dirty, smelly and small!) - breakfast was like eating in a train station (although I must say, the Russian guests and staff were very orderly, disciplined and managed this scene as well as could be expected.). The hotel was near nothing of interest. No place to walk to, no shopping, nothing. There were almost no non-Russian tourists and I am certain the 3.60 E they charged me for a coffee, was not what they charged them, nor was the price of the room what was paid by the Russians. I have stayed before at the Radisson on Nevsky Prospect 10 years ago and paid just about the same. I do not recommend this hotel in any way. Some got sick
